On the coast of the Algarve, Portugal's top beach destination, Le Club remains the place to be and be seen during the summer since it's opening in the summer of 2004.
A 3 year renovation of this seaside destination, which included the creating the visual packaging & graphic design for the space. The lighting is an integral part of the success of this space, led by Lighting designer Bruno Viterbo, the Bar transitions with a lit semi-precious stone counter into the restaurant that has a custom light feature above each banquette, comprised of colorful shot glasses made by a local artisan. Gold leaf corrugated metal lines the entry way into the nightclub, which hosts the main bar overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Guests are transported in the restrooms, with an ever changing colored light that fills the space throughout the experience. Little surprises are what make this design a timeless classic, and one the is still very much a staple even a decade later. |
