1. A one time Design Fee payable in advance. 2. All applicable trade discounts are passed along to the client from 10% - 50% or more: this is a huge saving. 3. Access to wholesale and international products only available through us. 4. An overall and up-to-date Project Summary, that allows you to track your investment throughout the process. 5. Individual Design Proposals with detailed information and images of EVERY PURCHASE. This will include all costs and require your approval in advance. No Hidden Surprises! 6. No Hourly Billing. A sliding scale "Purchasing Fee" allows for us to process every order, supervise every install, as well as the project management of all the sub-contractors on site, which we outline at the beginning of each project. |
